Introduction


These are a set of questions that you can use to help a network think through how to integrate the use of online tools to support its work. These frameworks have been adapted from “Digital Habits: Stewarding Technology for Communities (buy the book). I adapted some of the concepts for use with and as a prelude to developing a introductory training:


· Bounded Networks: Networks in which participants are largely known and access to participation is controlled.
· Inward Facing Work: The nature of the online work is confidential or highly sensitive. It needs to take place in a secure area online.
